The well known Sotheby’s Auction House arrives in Mendoza with Sotheby´s International Realty to market the land of Algodon Wine Estates’s real estate development, which will include lots for residential purpose. In these lots, which comprise between 0.4 and 6 hectares, owners may build their own house among the vineyards and live the dream to make their own wine.
In Mendoza, the marketing will be in charge of Andrés Ostropolsky, the representative of
Sotheby´s International Realty in the province. Ostropolsky together with Federico Boero, the Marketing Manager at Sotheby´s, agreed to highlight the importance of the arrival of this luxury products company in Mendoza. They also characterized the differences of this project that is under way. The land is available and the vineyard is already in the production stage.
The Project master plan is divided in three fundamental areas: Vineyard Estate, Orchard Estate and Desert Estate. Then, land is divided in three different kinds of plantations: vineyards, fruit and olive trees, and “semi-desert” land. “This way, owners may fulfill their dream of an ideal life and those who get land in the areas called Orchard Estate and Desert Estate, may also create their own wines using the common vineyards with the different grape varieties of this place.”
Currently, the average price of the project is over 15 dollars the square meter.
The project details
Today, Algodon Wine Estates offers a golf course, one of a kind, which is located among the hectares of vineyards and water reserves. The space also has a restaurant, a polo club and an equestrian center, which will also include two polo courts as another attraction of this amazing development. Moreover, each owner of the lots will have reception service, including transport from and to the estate, newspapers and food delivery, baby sitting, nursery and laundry service.
